12 Sep SCOPE (Mental Health Share Care pilot program)

An exciting opportunity has become available to primary care physicians who are enrolled in both SCOPE and a member of our Primary Care Network. Starting June 6th, 2022, SCOPE and Sunnybrook Psychiatry have developed the Mental Health Share Care pilot program which provides primary care physicians the opportunity to consult a Sunnybrook psychiatrist for support on complex patient cases and to refer patients for further evaluation and management goals.
