Vaccination Sites

The City of Toronto will have more than 350 vaccination sites set up in the days and weeks ahead, through city-run mass vaccination clinics, hospitals and other community partners. Please visit Toronto Public Health‘s website frequently for details as they emerge.

Sunnybrook is accepting pre-registration for the COVID-19 Vaccine from North Toronto residents who meet the Government of Ontario’s eligibility criteria during the current phase of Ontario’s vaccine rollout.

Individuals eligible to pre-register for a COVID-19 vaccine during this phase of the Government of Ontario’s vaccine rollout include:

  • Any North Toronto resident who is 80 years of age or older (those born in 1941 or earlier)
  • Indigenous adults living in North Toronto
  • Adults who receive home care in North Toronto
  • Health-care workers in North Toronto (a person who works in a health-care setting in any capacity)

What does it mean to pre-register?

Pre-registration means that we are allowing eligible groups (as defined by the Ontario Ministry of Health) to indicate that they wish to be vaccinated once it is their turn. After you pre-register, your information is sent to Sunnybrook’s Vaccine Clinic. If you meet the pre-registration criteria, our vaccine clinic will send you an invitation to book an appointment at our vaccine clinic once you are eligible to receive the vaccine. These invitations will be sent our in priority sequence and will follow the Ministry of Health’s vaccine rollout plan

NOTE: Pre-registration is for vaccine appointments to take place at Sunnybrook’s Bayview Campus. Vaccine appointments will be booked based on the government’s phased rollout plan. Pre-registering does not guarantee a vaccine appointment at Sunnybrook’s COVID-19 Vaccine clinic.
